A Palestinian I know in Gaza is not able to withdraw the money that I sent her. She needs to use a cryptocurrency app called OKX to do this. If anyone here is familiar with that app, please get in touch with me. I know this isn’t the place to talk about cryptocurrency, and I hate it too, I just thought I would ask and see if anyone could help. OKX has two parts, one is the crypto wallet and the other is the exchange. Exchange is where you exchange fiat currency for crypto, not very useful in Gaza.
The wallet is just of storing your crypto. Using the wallet (on the Android/iOS app) doesn’t require any KYC (ID verification). You can send and receive various cryptos freely on there. She mentioned OKX because there is likely some seller there who is willing to accept crypto (USDT i’m guessing) for cash.
