Lol I would not necessarily say they’re all being respected. But yeah they do seem to have more ability to be a nuisance to the city planners than elsewhere.
The example in my video looks cozy and respected with its perimeter of trees, but all of your examples* look like cases of “lol well fuck your house then”, especially the ones that look like remainders of mostly demolished condominium complexes.
