Yikes! IMHO people need to be able to sort out messy personal stuff in some sort of private venue. I’ve never been involved in a divorce proceeding but I know people bring in all sorts of emotional and intimate things. Should it really be subject to public scrutiny?? Just regular every day people with contentious relationships?

Under the old rules, parents who had spoken out about their cases could be found in contempt of court.
