I believe doing time somewhere in retail or hospitality should be a prerequisite to adulthood. People who are or have been retail workers make far more reasonable customers. Society would do better if customers knew and understood what it was like to deal with customers.

Sounds pretty decent from the interview so far. Downside is office attendance for the first few months.

Oh that’d be nice (the internal IT not the office attendance). Though office attendance to start hopefully shows that team and culture is important to them and they want you to really embed well. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻
