That “even if true” part undercuts the entire first part. Use a provable statistic and find a counter to it. Having a defined number for communism and nothing for fascism makes this feel like fascist propaganda to discredit communists. Capitalists will point to memes like this to show how dumb the community is when only the tin foil tankies actually subscribe to such poorly worded tripe.
I’d really like a source for the “200 million per decade” number, the closest I’m aware of is this catalog of US atrocities but that’s both a wider and narrower subject than this one, not directly comparable.
