Despite hundreds of thousands of accounts talking about Cyclone Alfred on Facebook, social media giant Meta was blocking or hiding search results about the impending storm before being contacted by ABC NEWS Verify.
Probably something flagged by an algorithm and not deliberate censorship tbh. Could also have been an attempt to censor people trying to downplay the danger of the cyclone that ended up having the opposite effect.

I honestly can’t think of one
