Bunnies are at the mouth of a river, digging in the mud at low tide. They are collecting both fishes and also shells from the brackish water. It is a nice summer day.

I don’t usually hear “both” used for a group of three. Is there no analogous word, other than “all”?
Aren’t they collecting two things though - fish and shells?
