Under investigation for supporting the integrity of US elections. For someone that the administration is actively opposing, Global Entry isn’t just a convenience. Losing it means any time he crosses the border, he’ll be subject to the whims of an administration that has proven that they don’t respect due process. I’m sure Krebs is well-informed about his own security, but from my perspective this does seem a lot like “If we travel, we
canprobably will arrest you at the border”.Not gonna lie, that sounds like something you’d do if someone knew too much and you didn’t want them leaving the country.
It doesn’t preclude anyone from traveling. It just won’t let you use the quicker line (like TSA precheck for domestic flights).
This is just a typical petty move.
