I’ll note that the current text of the bill doesn’t just get rid of tax credits; it actively imposes taxes on wind and solar to negate their cost advantage over fossil fuels.

Um, “crack down”, like it’s some kind of crime?

    Republicans ruin everything.

Also, more all-caps baby-talk from Taco, the toddler-in-chief: “THE GREAT, BIG, BEAUTIFUL BILL.”

Why can’t they use terms like normal adults? It’s all: “maha”, “maga”, “great big beautiful <whatever>”. They sound like fucking toddlers, all they need now is to say “googoo” and “gaga”. And now they are calling Taco “daddy”, too.

    These people are all freaks.

They speak like toddlers because the majority of Americans literally only read at a 7-8th grade level. That’s why you can’t have any nuance. Messages have to be short, clear and consistent.

One other thing - it was bad enough to hear these dinguses going around muttering, literally, “maga” like a bunch of toddlers going on ten years now, but now these same fools are calling Taco “daddy”?

It was bad enough when Tucker said it - conservatives and the Republican Party have long been known to have serious daddy issues, but now they are printing it up on shirts?

The Democrats with a platform need to bring back “weird” when talking about the cons. Because calling Taco “daddy” is just…WTAF. People wearing that shirt need to have people point and laugh out loud at them. These people need a lot more mockery.

I get the idea of being short, clear and consistent. It’s a good way to do messaging, even for liberals that like nuance. The nuance can come later.

But repeating acronyms like “maha”, just like “maga” - it sounds so infantile.

Worse, if you try to even think about any of it, and get into any nuance, such as - what does someone like Taco and Brainworms even mean by “healthy”? Taco doesn’t believe in exercise, for example and was extremely overweight and feasts on garbage food. He seems to have dropped some weight recently, but it is probably from GLP-1s, I bet. He thinks he has very magical genes or something and therefore seems to do fuck-all for a health regimen, or at least not anything I can discern.

And Brainworms? What is his idea of “healthy”? Rampaging against seed oils? Vaccines?

And what do they mean, “again”? When was America last healthy? Was it before vaccines, when many kids died of preventable things like measles? I remember when the teabaggers were having fainting spells over Michelle suggesting kids eat vegetables and now they want to sign off on these clowns taking away my access to vaccines?

The right wing is going to baby-talk all of us right into a total and complete shitshow the likes of which this country has never seen.

Yes, the idea is to criminalize anything they see as not funneling more money to billionaires.
