Khajiit can’t be dragonborn. Khajiit only speaks about Khajiit in third person, so when Khajiit uses the Thu’um Khajiit blows up.
Based on the Shouts available in game, the Dragons don’t use pronouns at all (patriots approve!), so I’m not sure that the Khajiit dialect would cause interference.
