it’s wack AF to me how normalized it is in the US for the prison system to be a place of unsupervised lawlessness. some wild shit happens in a jail, and everybody has been taught to shrug it off: that’s jail. just some extradimensional chaos dungeon where inscrutable, uncontrollable shit happens like organized drug trafficking, sexual assault, premeditated assassinations, and whatever other completely wild shit. it’s literally a pre-planned, interconnected a hive of concrete boxes that can be wired into a motherfucking A/V panopticon, but somehow there are always blind spots and no real accountability for the deaths that happen in custody.
we have the largest & most expensive carceral system on the planet, and all it seems to be capable of achieving is to function as a jobs program for incompetent sadists, an economic/population stabilizer for rapidly decaying congressional districts, and a demand pull for concrete+steel construction contracts.
like i know why this is, but the way the average american has been taught to shrug it off as normal jail shit fucks me up.
just some extradimensional chaos
It’s one of them damned jellyfish!
Alright, if everyone here is so smart, who did it?
but it was actually because he wasn’t in the list
It would make sense that it was an inside job, another inmate was allowed into his cell to off him, in return for whatever.
Theres a dang CHEETO in FEDERAL PRISON (where he belongs)
I’m just going to imagine that it was a man-sized blur from an inexplicably naked Trump doing ninjutsu to personally assassinate Epstein at a speed that the cameras struggle to capture.
Oh great. Now they’re going to ramp up the cheeeeeeeeto discourse again. We truly are stuck in 2015. The south park nonsense sealed it.
