    telling engineers that they didn’t have to use the tools on a daily basis yet but “at least onboard by the end of the week.”

    Even though I think forced AI adoption is foolish, the CEO wasn’t asking for much here, merely that employees get their accounts set up. If you straight up refuse to do what the boss tells you to do, expect to get fired.
