My problem is im a night person forced to go by the standard societal schedule. For awhile I had a second shift job and that was great but I blame the forced to go against my nature as to why Im sorta tired all the time.
I have to take insomnia meds to get to sleep before 2 am
It’s been really helpful
Im not big on meds and so far I get by.

I occasionally hibernate for an absurd amount of time, and there’s always a chance of breaking the toilet (and myself) when I wake up.Can confirm, I’ve been awake since midnight and I’ve been pretty much feeling like sleepdeprived shit the entire time.
