In fairness, for £80 I’m going to forget BL4 even exists
Yeah there’s no way I’m paying that price for it, but I’d honestly just written off the franchise entirely. If 4 is actually good, maybe it’s at least worth keeping an eye out for a sale.
I got 3 and all its multifarious DLC for about £8 in the recent steam sale, so 4’s going to have to come down a real long way before I remember it exists I reckon
The BL games are always subject to insane discounts a few years after release.
yupyup! after 3 though, I dunno if you could have paid me to buy a new entry in the franchise. I wasn’t super enthused by the Tiny Tina spinoff or the shitshow movie either. In my mind, Borderlands was dead and it wasn’t worth keeping an eye on. If more positive reviews keep coming in for this new one though, I’ll have to revise that stance and actually wishlist it.
