    You know all throughout the cold war the USA was famous for no exit visas, no exit immigration controls. Just get on a plane and go, if you want to leave. It was a distinct contrast from the USSR that not only tightly controlled emigration; they also ran an internal passport system.

      If that passes, I wonder how many would try and flee. The wave of US refugees could all of a sudden start.

    The “If you don’t love it, leave it” crowd has decided that on second thought, “if you don’t love it stay and be mined for your labor and attention.”
