The problem isn’t that it might upset the fash, the problem is that it might make collateral damage of people who aren’t fascist but also happen to have the physical trait you’re making fun of.
Not only that, but it also normalises a toxic idea of insulting people for physical traits they can’t change, and normalises the idea that someone who is a toxic and shitty person is only that way because they are physically “inferior” or “deficient” in some way, it both removes them from the consequences of their actions while also encouraging discrimination against someone for perceived physical and therefore emotional/mental problems.
We don’t beat the fash by becoming as cruel and narrowminded as them.
