EDIT: thought this was one of the autism comms I saw that you moderate, but the point stands. It’s hard to filter out the disinformation about autism online, took me years to find out how many of my experiences are symptomatic because they didn’t fit the popular image (e.g. everything sensory, digestive, or in general not part of blaming things on disabled people’s personalities)

Yeah, unfortunately, there is a lot of internalized ableism due to propaganda.
