Depression - It must be said

El = a lot of things depending on context Kell = must, have to (in this context) Mondani = to say

“Kell mondani” would mean “need to say” or “must say”. “El mondani” would be like “to say it all”, if you interpret “el” as a prefix indicating completion of the verb’s action. It could also mean “disclose”, as in giving away a secret. So all together based on context it’s easiest to translate as “I need to tell you everything.” But from what I’ve seen online it’s listed as “it must be said” so…I guess that’s the official one?
