Every time I see their art style it looks more and more like every other soulless Corporate Memphis thing. From what I’ve seen of their channel in the last few months, they’ve started making videos based on reddit posts, so they’re probably circling the drain at this point.
The video on trees was pretty interesting. If they approach anything even vaguely sociological, it becomes painful to watch.

It’s really hard to get libs over that first initial hurdle and start examining the media they consume. To a lib, a piece of media they like doesn’t have an agenda, it is just “fun” or “informative” and they find it really hard to even be aware that supporting the status quo is still an agenda, because they haven’t developed class consciousness yet.

I give it 4 months before they release a video “informing” the public about how AI and AI art are great actually and people should just quit complaining already.
The one and only of their videos was explicitly about how gen ‘AI’ is making their life harder, so it will be funny when they crash out and embrace it (@hbomberguy if youre reading this, vid suggestion)

I know next to nothing about this…company? YouTube channel? I tried watching one of their videos once and it was boring as fuck. But a group of my friends regularly meets up IRL with other fans of it through some Discord community actively sponsored by them. And somehow they actually get these fucking nerds out of their home and socializing. Just something I think about whenever I feel like organizing is too hard in my town.
