Have to agree. For so many there is only “ONE” way to think. Still remember hoping that Lemmy would be different than reddit. A place where just because you disagreed with the prevailing narrative you weren’t condemned.

Funny thing is that there are many who I disagree with. I don’t think they are bad people. I don’t call them assholes or some similiar words of condemnation. But the virtue signalers just HAVE to impose their bullshit on everyone else. If you don’t agree with them you are evil. Imagine being on a social media site that is suppossed to be superior to reddit, and you are in a nonsense group like “shit posts” and still you just can’t hold your virtue signaling bullshit in check.
