It may just be me, but I think 18 is too young to work in a prison.
It’s not just you, I share this viewpoint.
I had thought it was the inmate that was a teen… This is a failure of the licencing system they have in place. There’s no way that anyone with less than a few years of work experience requiring a use of force certification should be employed by a prison.

How about we start with not letting teens do that? Most teens barely know how to take care of themselves and now we want them to work as an officer in a prison? Let’s set a minimum age there, 24 or something?

Huh. Of all the guys to hook up with in jail, she goes for the face tatooed guy, seems an odd choice. She got off easy really, because of informing on the prison snitch. Who knew they would have kids that young working directly with prisoners, alone enough to have sex and exchange contraband.
Seems a security nightmare, I’m surprised their insurance company hasn’t demanded changes to protocols really.
