    Projected to hit 41C today and it’s too hot to get any work done, even inside, sucks to be too poor to afford air conditioning.

    At 49C the air itself would be hot enough to cause actual physical pain to your skin, not surprised it causes a whole bunch of other issues.

    And this is quite possibly going to be the coolest summer of the rest of our lives agony-deep

    It’s not even that bad where I am and it still sucks.

    Our houses are so shit. People never believe how bad they are until they’ve spent a summer and winter here. In summer they absorb heat and hold it, just one day above 33 or so and you have a week of sweaty unpleasant nights no matter the outside temperature. In winter, they get as cold as outside temperatures every night and you have to run a heater all day to stay warm.

    Shit sucks. Send ice cubes.
