lol. brother, we are where we are because putin wasn’t formally invited to join NATO as a 2nd USA. If he had applied that would have happened but that bitch wanted an invite. that is why we are where we are.

I mean, Khrushchev offered to join NATO in 1954, back when it was ostensibly still about preventing Germany from re-militarizing.

It’s sort of a joke that NATO still even exists, given that it’s mostly just an excuse for the US to install military bases in other countries. Sure as fuck doesn’t protect anybody.

Sure. Putin is still an imperialist. The imperialist who has single-handedly decided to invade a sovereign country, killing hundreds of thousands.

        Hope his boot is tasty.

US ally goes rogue. Americans re-discover their staunch commitment to national sovereignty. You could tell the same story about Saddam, Noriega, Batista, and Mobutu.

But hey, please nobody look at who is selling Putin weapons.

Telecommunications equipment made by the company of Memphis Grizzlies owner Robert Pera is being used by the Russian military in its war against Ukraine, according to a report from Hunterbrook Media. Ubiquiti is a tech company that designs and sells long-range, wireless equipment . The company, based in New York City, was founded in 2003 by Pera, who became the owner of the Grizzlies in 2012.

“Without Ubiquiti, these drones in Russia, the ones leading to massacres, would not work,” Hunterbrook reporter Sam Koppelman said on the “Pablo Torre Finds Out” podcast on Jan. 27. “They would be flying blind.” The Hunterbrook investigation used a reporter posing as a Russian military procurement officer to contact Russian vendors and Ubiquiti distributors. The report alleges that numerous vendors agreed to sell the Ubiquiti-produced equipment.

          He’s hardly alone.

We profit off this war coming and going, then wring our hands about Evil Foreign Imperialism.

Yeah, ok. We gave him just to good a deal on ammo. He was thinking of the savings when pressing the button. It would have been the war crime not to invade at that point.

It is like saying Americans are the fat fucking slobs they are is because chocolate is cheap.

We gave him just to good a deal on ammo.

We gave him an end run around Ukraine’s anti-drone countermeasures. Robert Pera is the reason the Russian military can continue to advance.

It’s like saying Americans have been arming Russia since 2024, with the tacit consent of both major parties.
