I am blocked in this point. The hint doesn´t help, anybody can explain?

The hint tells me Derek should be known, but I don´t see it.
- Either Derek or Erwin are innocent
- If Derek is innocent, Erwin has two criminals so Vince can´t have two
- B has two criminals (Rob has three criminals, only one in A). so if Derek is innocent Both Scott and Wanda must be criminals for Vince to not have two criminals.
- If derek is criminal, Nicole has to be criminal so only one of Scott or Wanda are innocent.
What’s the combination I don’t see here?
