Lovely, you got so close!
A male Mandarin has to be one of my number one targets this summer, if I could get a shot of an entire family I might just die happy.
For me, the male is too showy and it’s the subtle female plumage I adore.
I get that, he has lookmaxxed. I love that contrast that makes them such a good couple to photograph
