    At first I read 50 and 05, 10 and 01, and I thought: oh, so one side is for flipped coins 🫠

    You can get papers from the local bank branch that you can use to pack coins into a cylinder with pre determined values, which can be weighed to verify the amount

    TIL there are 20 and 50 Eurocent pieces.

    In California, it is a rarity to see the 50 cent USD coin and while still legal tender, it is definitely not given out as change at stores and not accepted by vending machines.

    I actually think $2 USD banknotes are more commonly seen than the 50 cent USD coin, although those aren’t accepted by vending machines either.

      Most tea stores will have those on hand in a couple of sizes. Amazon sells them also. I would recommend using the draw string style for your sachets. Most of those tea bags just have a flap you need to seal with a couple of staples if you are going to jostle them around any.
