I thought the whole point of a straight-6 is that it’s the most balanced engine layout?
A v12 would be superior in that. Not sure about a boxer 6 but I think it is more stable too, should think about it or look it up.
The article is filler. Various configurations have their upsides and downsides. This article just made the downsides of the inline six seem like showstoppers.
