I haven’t played this in forever, does it hold up?
I’m a fake gamer girl, I’ve never played it

There’s a dedicated fart button
10/10 no notes
“Hue hue hue”
Holds up very well imo. One of my favorite childhood games so I may be biased
it’s one of those few timeless games, imo
Its quite literally a perfect game. The remasters are kinda ass though
I will never understand what happened with Soulstorm. I tried to play it but omg it’s sooooo ass. And it’s all because of smooth camera movement. Back in the OGs when it was all static cameras the gameplay worked. goes on a 30 minute rant
The second i found out soulstorm had crafting i simply never looked at it again
Yes the crafting is weird, but what made me never turn back is those Mudokon climbing sequences. Dozens of them need to climb to their destination and dozens of sligs are shooting at them. It felt like it was impossible to actually protect all of them. Even if I did my best and zipped around the arena a couple of Mudokons would die. And that felt sooo wrong. Like, in the previous games 1 Mudokon death was the difference between the normal and the good ending. And here they were sacrificed on a conveyor belt. Like wtf
What if instead of Abe’s Odyssey it was Shinzo Abe’s Odyssey and it was about returning from the dead to get people to make babies?
You could make this its own post uou know
Yeah now you can steal it and make a new post
If you have 3 hours I ABSOLUTELY recommend the 2 challenge runs of Oddysee and Exoddus where NGPlus beats these games without possessing any enemies. The glitches (especially in Exoddus) are totally insane and it’s a super enjoyable watch.
