Jokes aside I feel pretty bad for people. This happens in the summer, in the peak season for vegetables. I would go crazy if I couldn’t eat any salads when it’s so hot outside and cooking is uncomfortable and more of a chore.
Climate change will also help solve the obesity crisis. When crops fail, the portly will be forced to eat only what they require for sustenance as food gets rationed.

I don’t know why people are claiming it’s a bullshit story, grocery prices are up 33% compared to 2019. It includes the inflation from COVID pricing because those prices never went back down.
If you don’t like the nypost you can find the 33% figure in several other more reputable sources. They are all working off of the same data about Consumer Price Index index from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
