Been watching Wonder Man and reminded of this character. The opening part where he says “I consider of myself as a teacher,” there is something in the way he speaks that reminds me of another villain or something from another movie but I just can’t place it. It has been eating me alive for like 3 days. I don’t know if it is the accent, the way he speaks or what. But there is someone out there who reminds me of this character. Anyone got ideas?
