    I like the idea of closing many things on Sunday. I think it could be good for people.

    But this is fundamentalist nonsense as a basis and it’s wrong even within their own rules. There’s nothing in the New Testament about not working on Sundays. If Christians are going to observe the sabbath, then they should follow all the rules for the sabbath.

      In France most stores are closed on sunday, elections always happen on a Sunday so most people can attend. Employer must let you go vote if you work all day. It just works much better than the US
