Nice! I bet there’s a lot of stuff on VHS and other older mediums that is lost or simply stuck to the older formats, that you just can’t find on newer ones. That’s a treat! Hopefully worth the effort. Enjoy!

Finally got around to The Empty Man. Bit of a hodgepodge. I liked elements. It could have used some trimming. Some really interesting cosmic horror concepts that didn’t coalesce into a satisfying experience overall.
In my adult age I’ve begun to really enjoy Star Trek and for a little over a decade now I’ve been watching them through. However, I’ve somehow completely missed Enterprise, so I’m watching that now in between Strange New Worlds’ episodes being released.
I’m really enjoying the whole “low tech” (everything is subjective) aspect and how things are called something different since their “real” name just hasn’t been coined yet.
did an online watch party of some Tim Curry films (Legend, It, Muppet Treasure Island) which was lovely.
also watched Faces of Death (2026), i was not expecting to dig it very much and it was kind of an “ok fine” pick but i ended up having a blast with it!
Just finished the latest season of X-Men '97 and I was really impressed with it. It has maintained the quality over time which is awesome. Glad it got greenlit for two more seasons.
