I don’t know what happened, but since around 2015 few things have identified an insufferable dickbag faster than a raised truck.
or that big fucking round exhaust pipe they gotta put on
rollin coal in such stupid shit
I visited Texas and saw a dealership specifically for raised trucks. Mind boggling.
But is is fun to watch them tear up at gas pumps.

And they always take out a loan to pay for the overpriced truck
I saw a video recently of a family that spent $50k on a truck and claimed to be an average working American family.
no ma’am. average working families buy a $2000 truck and drive it for a week before it breaks down. they then JB Weld it together with wire coat hangers and hope then drive it for another three months.
average working American families can’t afford groceries, they will not even be allowed to apply for a $50k car loan.
I knew a guy who totalled one and took out a loan to pay for a new one while working retail.
Since he also came to work high on the reg I sure hope he was dealing.
Every time a raised truck drives like a maniac on the highway, every time the driver speeds, cuts people off, and blows diesel exhaust all over everyone, you just have to remember that he is in a huge hurry to get home and kiss his dad straight on the mouth. Yes, with plenty of tongue action, too.
That poor husky white guy with a big bushy beard and Oakley sunglasses is in such a rush out of genuine excitement. “I just got this new cherry chapstick on and Daddy is gonna want a taste! I just can’t wait to have his moistened lips on mine!”
It’s sweet, really, when you think about it.
Honestly I used to, still do but try not to, get so annoyed and pissed off with people speeding like crazy, tailgating or just overall driving like a menace.
One of the ways I try to keep my temper cool is pretending whoever is driving like that has really bad diarrhea and is about to shit their pants. Then I’m just like “hope you make it to the toilet!” Instead of focusing on the fact that they’re looking down at their phone and literally have no visibility to the road their driving on.
It’s like people forget cars are heavy AF machines that can easily kill or maim others. Driving is the most dangerous thing most of us will do and folks treat it like it’s nothing. It’s scary.
I so the exact same thing. I always say to my kids “that guy must really have to poop.” Makes me feel better about an otherwise crazy world.
Lol that’s awesome also in my head I hear it as “that guy must really have to pooooop”
It was the marching symbol of maga dumbasses
I have my doubts about this story. Two minutes (+ hookup time) and you’ve had one bite of that corndog? Wtf are you doing?! Eat that fucking corndog. Unless this is your second, you better explain yourself.
It’s a food truck. Probably took 15 minutes just to get the corndog.
Perhaps they waited to start their dinner until the show began.
One does not simply eat only one corndog
Maybe there was a line for the corndogs?
If it’s a fresh corndog, the only kind worth eating, he had to wait for it to cool.
“He’s been eating corn dogs for 8 straight hours. He’s a machine.”
If you have sensitive teeth, corn dogs can be pretty rough if you don’t wait a minute.
Also, no condiment? At least throw some yellow mustard on that corned glizzy
I didn’t realize tow trucks camped spawn points like this.
Yeah there’s some predatory companies that will grab a vehicle after its been sitting for just a few minutes. They suck. That being said if this is a real story the driver is an idiot for not listening to corn dog man.
They don’t suck. The people leaving their cars everywhere suck.
If you have ever been hit by one of those predatory tow companies your tune would change. I was parked at a friends apartment complex WITH a visitor pass and they still towed me, then charged me $400 release. Cops wouldn’t do anything and it would have cost more to sue than the $400 and they know it.
I got towed by one of these pricks in Alaska because the “You can’t park here sign” was completely buried under snow. Also, there was absolutely no reason for people not to park there.
Every tow that’s not an abandoned vehicle, obstructing a roadway/driveway, or you called yourself is a predatory for profit venture.
The worst ones will illegally tow your vehicle and hedge the bet that you’ll pay a few hundred dollars to avoid court and to have your car back. If a tow company steals your car through an illegal tow cops will just say its a civil issue and won’t help.
Yep, in the city, you listen to the locals and say thank you.
Oh, they absolutely do. I’ve seen jumbo-sized apartment complexes that sometimes had a wrecker hanging out in a dark corner of the lot, like a moray eel waiting to strike. Other times they’ll do rounds just trawling like sharks from one lot to the next, looking for their next tow. This was especially true on party nights when the guest lot fills up: Friday and Saturday.
Yes. Nearby black spots for crashes too; which is great because they’re often clearing the road or helping traffic before emergency services arrive.
A city I used to live in actually had state trucks whose sole job was to arrive fast and just start bulldozing broken down or damaged cars off the major road with giant cushion things. Then a tow truck that was waiting nearby would load them up. Everything could be cleared so quickly.
If this happens to you ask to see their permit to tow, then ask for a drop fee ($50 to unhook your car then and there), else document the whole process and get a lawyer or suck up the payment I guess.
You also have the option of calling the cops and getting them to confirm it is a legal tow before they tow it.
You’ll have to face down an angry tow guy and likely annoyed police too, so ymmv
Wow, I’d never heard of this drop fee thing. Apparently, in my state, if they’re towing you from private property and they haven’t taken it off the property, they have to put it down (you still owe them money) or you can sue them in small claims court.
Sometimes the stars just align!
