The United Nations’ top court opens hearings Thursday into South Africa’s allegation that Israel’s war with Hamas amounts to genocide against Palestinians, a claim that Israel strongly denies.
You have to be either blind or paid off to say it’s not a genocide to kill 90% of civilians and displace from their home 80% of the total population.
Or if you consider 2+ civilians for every combatant “tremendously positive”.
At that point you’re indicating your goal is to kill civilians, or you have such a low, subhuman view of them that their deaths are inconsequential. Would the IDF consider two Israeli civilians for every Hamas “tremendously positive”?
