In general I don’t quite understand the point of OP. How do you learn without learning?

More than once I’ve caught myself looking up expiration dates on food products… when I could just properly handle, smell and taste food items and learn to determine what it’s supposed to be like when it’s fresh.

It’s a bit more nuanced. The point is that it’s about emulating the lifestyle of those who are on the top. It just so happens that in our current system, it totally overlaps with capitalism.

But you could have a non-capitalist system and people would be inclined to value whatever it is that the people on the top value.

The story in MH games is really just the bare minimum skeleton for you to have some sense of progression. The games are really just about beating up monsters until you’re bored.

Yeah something like that. I think it’s a promising game but it needs a little work to achieve a charm of it’s own. Now it’s kinda riding on Terraria’s coat tails.

It’s kinda fun but feels a bit shallow.
