I did find it to be an interesting ep, and it definitely tugged at the ol’ heartstrings. But, I watched TNG and Ds9 back when they aired, so my memory is very fuzzy. lol. Also, more TNG than ds9, admittedly. I remember the broad strokes, but I think I also get ds9 stuff confused with Babylon 5 sometimes.

Ya, the good eps have been really good, but sometimes it’s so bad that it kinda takes me out of it.😅 But also, maybe I’m too old and not the target audience. Like some of the episode formats are clearly leaning towards a younger crowd. SAM’s first individual ep reminded me hard of Ms. Marvel on d+, which didn’t really grab me.

New chain of command graphic showing the President and then above him the Mayor of the City the President is from.

Enough folks have mentioned Academy that I checked it out. And for the most part, I’m digging it. But idk. Some of it is really good, like today’s episode I thought was particularly well done, but then there’s others where there might as well be Chyron at the bottom of the screen with WOULDNT IT HAVE BEEN AMAZING TO GO TO HOGWARTS? Lol.
Also sometimes the inconsistency of the characters grate on me? Jay-Den feels like a roulette wheel at times.

This is the best end of the spectrum. The majority of it weaves a thread of class consciousness through it, but there’s some lib shit.

It has its issues here and there, but it’s mostly good, for lib slop.

Honestly, less turned off by the Al Ghoul thing than the absolute naivety of the
peacemakers standing down.
edit: like unless it was supposed to show the hypocrisy of these fuckers tearing up the 3rd world and then suddenly growing a conscious at home, it just reeks of lib shit. That pissed me off.

Yeah, but also it is kinda funny watching him basically torture Al Ghoul.

He often did. His cult of personality allowed him to rule the Trevorist era of WKUK with an iron fist. :trevor-big-pen:

Lol, this is from the 90s.

I’d feel pretty sad too if I lost a close friend.
Believe it!

I just enjoy dreaming to much and the peaceful oblivion that sleep brings.
It’s not about chasing adrenaline, it’s about actively participating in their own liberation. Building a world they want to spend time in.

If you think about it, this is the only explanation that makes sense.
Lol, shit. I saw such a major disparity that I thought the line graph was volume not price. I couldn’t make sense of it.
