2. people are allowed to have watermarks, and to minimally advertise things like onlyfans, if you see something that breaks the rules, report it.

3. First time poster means it is their first time posting in a community, if you think you’ve seen the images posted on other accounts before, please report it

4. If you think a title like this goes against the rules, report it, otherwise, like many communities here, it’s mostly just the admins taking care of reports when they come.

5. Once again report these posts when you see them.

We do verification behind the scenes. Unless I have a reason to ban someone, like them not showing verification when requested or posting known stolen content as OC, I can’t just ban every account I think MIGHT be suspicious.

Sometimes moderation takes time and verification of stories, even moreso when lemmy moderation tools are limited.

People have mentioned bots that could handle these things, and yes, we have some bot functionality added where we can.

• Known stolen images are slowly being catalogued in our admin automod bot
• We have a simple automod bot for mods, but it seems to, as of late, not be working correctly, and even so, all it can do is create reports for the most part

These are the only two publicly available mod bots to my knowledge. We on the admin staff are volunteers and don’t really have the free time to develop a full automod bot for lemmy, although it’s something I would like to do in the future.

That being said, we are open to mods to having new mods for this specific community, I’ll probably make a post about it in the near future.
