    If you aren’t already, you should be prioritizing air quality in your home. This means frequently opening windows to change over the air if possible — though I understand it’s not always possible due to humidity or pollen. You should also invest in some sort of air filtration system that will remove airborne dust. On a budget, this can be achieved by taping a filter to a box fan.

    Indoors is basically a closed system until and unless you open it up.

    All of the above will also reduce the risk of spreading airborne disease as you keep the concentration lower.
