How can I drink the correct amount of water? It seems I either drink too much water (more common for me) or too little water.
Drink if thirsty. If pee is too dark drink more, if pee is too clear drink less. Light straw coloured is best
Drinking enough water is probably the only really healthy activity that I participate in.
If your not thirsty how can you tell?
You might feel tired and headachey, because your heart has to work harder to nourish your brain.
