Not my greatest shave. First pass WTG second pass XTG (should have stopped after 1st pass). Yesterday’s irritation evidently was not resolved enough for it to be a good idea to shave again. Still a nice distraction, love to smell good.
I have some shave creams on the way, I’m hoping they will be less drying than these soaps I have been using.

Absolutely excellent shave with the ERN this morning. I took enough time to really slow down and focus on my blade angle and skin stretching – one of the best straight shaves I’ve had so far.
Leviathan is a great scent for a rainy Sunday morning.

I don’t have the theme soap or anything even similar to it. Airbud for me today.
In the face of this Latherbot cruelty, I pulled out some unobtanium. KRS Classic is in DentonMajik’s mutton base. The scent is a dupe of YSL Kouros. Excellent performance from the lather.
- Top notes: Aldehydes, Coriander, Artemisia, Clary Sage and Bergamot
- Middle notes: Patchouli, Carnation, Vetiver, Cinnamon, Geranium, Jasmine and Orris Root
- Base notes: Civet, Honey, Leather, Musk, Oakmoss, Amber, Tonka Bean and Vanilla.
Weirdly, these scent notes are similar to the incorrect scent notes of Tabac Original promulgated by Smallflower, WSDB, and Latherbot. Yet KRS Classic smells nothing like Tabac Original. It does smell good though.

Oh, very nice. I’ve been working on this razor way too much, but I learn something new every time. It’s finally (for real this time) ready to send out to its owner.
This lather was so good. Everything clicked with this shave and it was great.
