At this point we would be lucky to have somebody like president Mountain Dew Herbert Camacho who actually seems to govern in good faith.

What would the current government do if presented with a super-intelligent advisor? Fix our problems? Lol to that. They would be lucky to be kept alive because somebody that smart is clearly a threat to those who already got theirs.

Gee, it’s almost as if rich snobs are looking down at us the poor and pious from their fancy-shmancy mansions and laughing at us while we’re on the streets begging for food and money. The solution to this problem is seize the means of production and redistribute all that wealth to the poor. Seriously!

It helps if you are an extremely, laughably bad fit at your job, in like a “Fox assigned to guard henhouse” sort of way.

The Trump administration and competency are like water and oil, soon to be separated.

I mean not really an embarrassment for the hockey players. Partying with the head of the FBI is the kinda story you tell your grandchildren. Very embarrassing for Kash Patel and the Trump Administration as a whole

What a joke that guy is. He’s like a rich nerd who gets to party with the cool kids while displaying the over-the-top eagerness that marks their kind. We need a serious guy who takes things seriously not a frat boy mentality power guy.

We will never get that with the current administration. Best we can hope for is an alcoholic podcast bro.

I’ve since learned only 5% of USA hockey players identify as Democrats so I guess this should not be shocking.

I think most of that lot doesn’t know who that even is, and if you tried to explain then the tribalism kicks in and they’ll defend child rape, ICE, tariffs, the president shitting his pants live on TV, anything and everything.

If you just mean informed Republicans…couldn’t tell you lol I don’t live there. Do those exist outside of grifter sociopaths and the owner class?

sports is pretty much as political as Politics, so theres a “that side and your side” and conservatives love these types of tribalism.

Exactly as intended by the administration. All governmental bodies will be made subservient to the great leader through installing purposely incompetent and bad faith loyalists and sycophants. This should not be a surprise at this point, it should fill us all with righteous anger.

Pretty much exactly this. You stick useless people in these important roles so they can’t get enough traction to try for your chair, but you also want people who are at least smart enough to do whatever you tell them to do. Patel is actually a smart pick, he;s just too dumb to know how to push around actual field agents and only knows how to push around analysts and media

This is the clicktatorship. Actually competent at the job? No, just tweet more about it, in a costume if you can.
