The rightmost panel is Sarada, who is apparently 12 in this iteration (I thought she was a little older than that, honestly), and the tsundere guy who’s naked in the back of the crowd of other naked men presenting themselves to her is Sasuke, her father.

I agree. A lot of those team attacks that are great for various reasons, both for being well-animated and having entertaining points of characterization.
