Call or email Crest, there is a lot number on the end of that tube. Let them know, and make them send you a new one or a coupon for a free tube. That’s no acceptable quality, and don’t use it, it was compromised. I never use those brands, they are overpriced. I prefer Aim. Affordable and does the exact same thing, cleans teeth.
