It was removed because of language used in the description which has been fixed. It was not removed because of what it did or what it was for.
There are plenty of legit things to get mad about. This wasn’t one of them.

The app sadly doesn’t appear to be FOSS and thus not on F-Droid, but I did check it out. Streisand effect? Or not apparently it was removed over semantics.

Do you know hard hard it is to shoot a terrorist hiding in the middle of a crowd of people, shooting from that position? To kill them and possibly only 1 or 2 people standing right next to him is very difficult. That proves the IDF is taking extreme measures to be very careful before firing. They should be commended for that. In a war, that is not required by any Convention. Israel are going above and beyond.
