Bullshit. At 30 I was only starting to lift and play rugby. Your poor back in overwhelming majority of cases is bad muscle development which can radically improve in a month of simple exercises.

My knees were done by 40 but because of poor running technique more than anything.

Majority of knee and shoulder pains after 30 is also caused by weak supporting muscles

I did a 5head lifehack where I was shitty and out of shape through my 20s. Now in my 30s I lift and run and have never felt better.

Just, y’know, watch out for injuries. You’re no spring chicken.

one of the best things you can do for your bones and joints is lifting weights. you dont have to feel old in your 30s, thats a choice you’re making trying to live like your body doesn’t require maintenance.

Your 30s are a lot like your 20s, except you get to find out which knee will be your bad knee later on.

In your 40s, you can pretty much do anything you could do in your 20s and 30s.

    Once.
