I apologize for not being able to elaborate further on that because the words that come to my mind refuse to form coherent sentences.

All I can say is that the question in the title has been running in my head straight for a month now. It can be one of those days, or I start to stagger under the weight of my mental luggage.

PS, I’m seeing a therapist and a psychiatrist if anyone wonders.

It’s a good question, it entirely depends on your personal situation. Some people know that their depression is periodical and that better times are always ahead. Others exist just to spite the capitalists that want many of us to not exist.

There are limited possibilities of intervention to increase the chance that you will have better days ahead. These can include

    • going outside: nature and/or social interactions can have refreshing effects on your mood
    • working out: some people naturally make more dopamine when they work out regularly
    • finding meaning through hobbies: especially physical things in which you make something you can watch and touch later

As I wrote this I realised I sound like an LLM machine and I am now suddenly doubting my own existence…

    …help…

I assure you, when the current govt decides to mask off I’ll be one of the first people to get killed.

That’s the problem with em though. That could happen if you do something or if you don’t. Or if they think you did something. Or someone did something near you. Or if they think someone did something near you. Or if their wife did something in response to something they did the night before. Or if they heard about something happening to someone else. They just fucking love shooting people

It also seems like there’d be better ways to be a problem than adventurism

I won’t give up as long as the oppressed people of the world keep resisting. However, sometimes my own reality can overwhelm me.

It overwhelms me too, comrade. meow-hug And it’s ok to look away sometimes and to focus on your own survival. We’ll need comrades like you to be healthy in the years to come. Please take care of yourself. 💚
