It genuinely does help to pep talk yourself.

I had major depression for a while… stupid little motivational post it notes around the apartment did actually help.

Also, remember that dogs also need regular food, water, walks, and baths, even when they don’t want them.

… treating yourself like your own tamagotchi is maybe slightly dissociative, but, i’d rather see people who are a bit odd, but taking care of themselves, as opposed to people not taking care of themselves.

Hang in there peeps… the longer you do, the more free e-headpats and scritches I can provide, lol.

I obviously don’t know who you are, but I’m genuinely proud of you. That’s really cool. :)

I give all of mine names too! They’re very cool plants and I’m convinced that they like it, even if I can’t consume what they give me…

I’m not sure if I’ll be able to either. I’ve had to take a long break from weed products for the last little while because they started making me very physically uncomfortable. Most of the times I’ve tried recently I’ve had a rapid heart rate and a tight feeling in my stomach/abdomen, and it’s just not as enjoyable as it used to be, and didn’t seem worth spending money on if I don’t even know whether im going to enjoy the experience anymore. I’m growing a high CBD and a high CBG strains though, so I’m hoping I’ll be able to find some way to recapture the magic again. If not, at least I’ve had fun growing them and I’ll get to pass on their products to my friends and loved ones.

I started hunting down heirlooms/landraces and doing my own breeding work. I hear from the people who get the end results from me that it’s some of the best they’ve ever had, so I have to assume I’m doing well growing them…

Brings me tears and a bit of sadness if I do. Maybe because I want to be praised ૮₍ ´ ꒳ `₎ა

It’s been scientifically proven than self talk slowly seeps into our actual beliefs. Positive or negative, over time you will start to believe the things you say to yourself.

I honestly didn’t believe it for a while until I tried it just to say I did and now I’m highkey the baddest bitch around.

Can confirm! I’ve massively reframed how I’ve seen myself over the last few years, it’s been great.

i started doing this to… objects and sometimes people.

calling myself the classic good girl just feels wrong and unfitting… for now.
sometimes i dooo say “oh you did that so well for me” to myself and i stop, say “ohgosh no not rn” and laugh it off-
