I really like it too, played it when it came out and gonna do another play through with all the new updates and expansions. Though that’s not gonna be for a while. Playing Crimson Desert now, ~160 hours in and several hundred hours more to finish (and I’m really taking my time with it), it’s an easy 10/10 for me, absolute masterpiece of a game in all ways. I really think Ubuntu is the most common first distro people try. A common reoccurrence here is the inability to see what an average person, in terms of tech literacy, knows and are willing to put time and effort into. Ubuntu has been the face of Linux for a long time (obviously not based on people who know and use linux). I wish Mint took that place as it’s so much better.

Eh, there are to sides to this. Yes, many (not just here) react like this to things that are harmless jokes. But it’s also way too common with jokes that are not actually jokes, they’re stuff like racism, sexism, anti good things or pro bad things masquerading as jokes.

Off script doesn’t mean not trying to make a sale at all. And you gotta realise “a long time ago” makes anything you know invalid? It’s the same thing as old people thinking young people are bad with money because they can’t afford a house, car, kids etc. on a single income, like they could.
I used to do graphic design about 15 years ago but don’t anymore, I’m not gonna tell someone who does it now that I know anything about how it currently is. Very weird to not be aware of something like that without having to be told about it.
