Slop?
aside from what everyone has already mentioned about the racoon, the cameras make no sense. they look like old security cameras and not flock ones, there’s 4 in a formation and 1 extra for no reason, and all of them are facing the POV slightly, instead of the ones in the back facing away
so yeah i’m pretty sure its slop
That or they really messed up Jimothy’s limbs.
Nope. Jimothy is a real raccoon that looks like this. So it might still be slop but it would be accurate slop.

Everyone knows Jimothy, but this looks wrong and like slop.
Look at the OP image, he has some odd things sticking out the back. Almost looks like some weird fur cape. It’s pretty surely AI.
No I mean the image posted. Jimothy is a hero.
It could be, but it doesn’t look like it really. This is the first time I’m hearing about this animal, and the images of it look fucked up already. Making it stand upright with a saw probably makes it really hard to draw.
the cameras make no sense.
- they look like old security cameras and not flock ones;
- there are 4 symmetrical ones and then one extra in a weird position;
- and every single one of them is facing slightly to the POV, when a human would’ve made the ones in the back face away.
Disagree
Look at the image, he has four limbs but then also some weird things sticking out the back. It’s clearly AI shit.
-Ruins everything.
Delicious slop though.
Flock bad slop bad
Not slop, meme based tho
Look at back leg
I may be misremembering, but it may be a play off of a meme that was floating around the other day of a recording or a racoon, in which the camera had been heavily distorted.
I could just be talking out of my ass though. I saw two different posts of the racoon and thought it was the new beans or something.
Are you talking about Jimothy? As the title says? It’s a real raccoon with short spine syndrome. There are many videos of him, and it’s not a distortion or AI.
Huh, TIL.
And also yes

What’s with the double tail?
That’s how you can tell it’s a raccoon, it’s got two legs, an arm, and a tentacle.
i find it interesting how many right wing libertarians/ancaps really care about privacy. like, by their logic, isn’t it completely fine for flock to spy on them? or is it only bad because the state uses it and they would be fine with it in a stateless ancap society? or do they think it wouldn’t happen in such society?
this is one of the many cases where i think the non-agression principle just isn’t enough. is it agression if someone’s filming your kids from his property while you’re on the beach with them?
i really want to read someone describing how an ancap society would actually work, because i honestly don’t get it. i’ve only read books by anarcho communist describing their ideal society, and i loved it and also identify as such. but still, i want to understand the enemy better. especially because ancap is weirdly popular in the czech republic.
This is one of the things that makes right-libertarians so frustrating. Their logic never makes any sense. Letting corporations do whatever they want comes at the expense of the liberty of the people. They can’t understand this though and they want to liberate corporations, assuming it somehow won’t affect them.
The conservative mind can’t understand that if you add up a bunch of little things it can become a big thing.
One person throwing one piece of trash on the ground doesn’t do that much, but if dozens of people do it then the area starts to look like shit. Take a conservative and show them such an area and they’ll agree it looks like shit. Ask them if they want the place they live to look like that and they’ll say no. But try to explain that’s why they shouldn’t litter and it doesn’t click.
That’s not to say “oh, they’re actually super nice and its just this one mental hitch that’s causing them to act like shitheads”. No, they’re extremely selfish, mean spirited, and immature. Its just that they’re also very stupid and will act against their own interests because they can’t comprehend this concept.
See: wearing masks during covid / trying to limit the spread, and herd immunity from vaccines. Or believing in “micro evolution” while thinking that “macro evolution” is impossible. Or global warming. Or even the idea that animals can go extinct. Or the idea that oil or coal could run out some day. You’d think, conceptually, a person could understand that if there’s demonstrably a finite amount of something (oil fields have dried up, mines run dry, and there are only so many of these things on the earth) and you keep taking chunks out of that thing then eventually it’ll run out. But somehow that chain of logic just doesn’t work. Add in things like nonlinearities, tipping points, or emergent effects and its just impossible.
The only way stuff like that somewhat gets through their minds is by conceptualizing it as some kind of nefarious ‘plan’ by an enemy. Which is why conspiracy theories are so common on the right. Why do you see more gay people in media now than you used to? Well, in the conservative mind it can’t be because of complicated societal changes that took place over decades which eventually hit a tipping point in acceptance. No, obviously its some social engineering plan by some kind of powerful and shadowy elite.
This is the Christian worldview too. Is the world the way it is because of a bunch of complicated interacting emergent processes? No, its Gods’s good plan vs Satan’s evil plan.
EDIT: the thought process for the specific thing you’re talking about is that if capitalism does anything bad to you its because of a plot by crony capitalism / the illuminatii / the jews. The idea that capitalism as a system inevitability concentrates power into the hands of a tiny elite, and both selects for and incentivizes bastard behavior, relies on the mental ability to conceptualized a bunch of small things adding up into a big thing. Add in the idea that capitalism is just “human nature” / “the way things have always worked” and if there’s any problems its not the system’s fault, its the fault of one specific person or group.
In Jimothy we trust
But we don’t need AI shit made of him, like this is.
Here here.
Honestly, at this stage, if someone can’t own a creation and put their name on it, it’s almost certainly slop.
