It’s fucking January. I’m pretty sure even the mega farms don’t need the water right now!
Not only do they not need the water right now, rain is expected in the next week so this could actually increase the risk of flooding.

While they shouldn’t grow almonds in California’s climate. Meat and dairy uses up way more water.
